Agave Nectar Paloma Classic Capri Pants - Stretch Cotton (For Women)

These capris are made of a good quality fabric, but the waist is huge ~ and I don't have a tiny waist. I'm planning to wear them under tunic tops, so the waist won't be seen, but if you're wearing regular tops w/them, just be aware that your undies will probably show in the back if you sit or bend over.

The capris fabric and color were nice. I must have large calves because the fabric was way too tight at my calf. I had to return them.

I ordered my usual jean size 29 and they are a perfect fit. Soft, pre-washed feel. The rise is mid-to-low in front but perfectly high enough in back that it stays up on your hips, no pulling down, thankfully. These capris ARE slim in the thigh to knee area, so be fore-warned that slim works best, and there is light stretch. Made in the USA, I like Agave and their sizing is always accurate.

I couldnt figure out what size to order from the numbers, ordered both the 26 (based on the size chart, comparable to 6, my size 6 banana republic jeans are slightly loose) and the 29 (the next largest size available in the color I wanted, and b/c reviews said these were small). I couldnt begin to get the 26 on, and the 29's were much too tight in the knees/calves, yet the waist was big (these set below the waist just above the hips). I often take in the waist, but couldnt see how to make these comfortable or flattering, so I'm returning them. These might fit if you're relatively thin-legged and yet a bigger waist, or you take them in. The denim is really nice, high quality, but oddly frayed at the pockets, I didn't expect these to be "distressed."
