So comfortable I can wear them to walk many miles (walking the dog or on vacation, etc.). So this year when more came in I got the black (which is more like a really dark grey than a true black). The leather on this pair is more stiff, not as soft as last year's. ...gave me a blister on top of my foot...hopeful they will soften up, but a little disappointed.

I was concerned about the color being too black but the "vegan" variety sold here is definitely gray as shown in the STP image, not black (apparently per other online reviews the non-vegan version is blacker; I haven't seen those other versions in person). This is my 2nd pair of Ahnu shoes and I'll definitely buy more when I need them in the future.

These do not have the kind of support that those brands do, but the support is much better than the average shoe. I read many reviews that stated Ahnu runs a little big and to order 1/2 size down. I did, but wish I had ordered my regular size. My toe is at the end of the shoe. I can still wear them, and I think that they may soften and stretch a bit, but there is no way I could wear even a thin sock with them. That's fine because I only plan to wear them without socks anyway. They are very cute with leggings, jeans, and long skirts. They are a bit stiff, but I think they will soften with wear. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase! Had I paid retail price for them, I'd be disappointed, but Sierra's great prices make them worth it!

These are the lightest weight shoe I have ever had that has good arch support. I wear them for long days and work and out with friends any family walking sometimes over 20,000 steps and no discomfort. Best summer shoe - hope they are still available when I need another pair, - tempted to buy just in case!
