Very casual look and feel. Great soles by Vibram, decent against slipping.
Made an attempt to replace removable insoles with something better, the fit changed so badly had to put the original back in place. -

I ended up purchasing two of these shoes in different sizes. One was a whole size smaller that I wear with thin socks in the Spring, summer, Fall. The second pair is my normal shoe size but since the shoes run large I use them with thicker socks in the winter. These shoes look good with jeans and with casual khaki pants. The Vibram sole makes the shoe comfortable to walk.

These feel like there broken in out of the box. There's little to no arch support, more suited toward a flat footed individual. Also, there's not a ton of cushioning (about like a typical deck shoe). They look pretty casual and go good with jeans or khakis. Judging from previous experiences with Vibram soles, they should last a long time.

I decided on chukkas and looked at a wide range of styles and brands. I came across this great deal on the Ahnu Harris Chukka and thought, " What the heck?" I really like my choice. I have only had a chance to wear them a couple of times so far due to the heavy, heavy rain that we have been having. These give me the comfort and style that I was looking for. These will be a constant with my jeans.

They were slightly small so he exchanged them for one size up and he LOVES them. The first pair was deep black and the exchange pair was more of a dark matte charcoal, but that's fine. They actually have a business casual appearance in black so he can wear them to the office with nicer slacks. The second pair he got in Olive Night and it looks great under nicer jeans. I like the fact that they have a Vibram sole and hope they'll last a long time.

I haven't worn them much yet but I really like the look and feel. Not dressy at all and I like the color a lot- more charcoal than black with a matte finish, not shiny. They are light and supportive and as comfortable as a good pair of sneakers. I'm looking forward to Fall for more opportunities to wear these. The quality appears very nicely made.
