They are terrible, and my experience with customer service of Sierra Trading Post was very poor. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping here anymore. Don't buy these boots.

I thought that I would try them as I have narrow ankles and liked the idea of something that would not be wide there. The narrow ankles are the best part about these and the reason why I am keeping them. However, these do not slide on. They are definitely hard to pull on. Once on, the bottoms are essentially shapeless, boxy and not very stylish. I don't like that part. They are like big slippers in that respect, without the cush. There is not a good insole or padding on the bottom. But they go with everything so I will wear all the time this winter. They serve a great purpose of going to get the kids and look cute with leggings.

True to size - I wear a 7.5, but normally get an 8 in boots because I have a high arch. These are 7.5 and fit fine.

It appears well made and I really would have liked to try it on at least but did not happen.

These are really cute and comfortable but difficult to pull on. As they have stretched bit it has gotten easier but still these do not just slip on. Maybe I should have gotten a bigger size but they feel fine once on and I had already ordered a 1/2 size up, my usual size is 71/2 and I ordered an 8. Overall though I am very pleased with them and I love the wine color.
