So, I got this line on deep sale. It arrived wavy and stuck together (lightly) in many places along its length. Pulled apart and stretched a bit by hand, it casts OK so I've kept it. It's still a bit wavy after ~3 hrs use, but should be OK for surf flyfishing.

Nice line and completely clear. I bought backing from a sporting goods store and they couldn't believe how little I paid for this line. Looking forward to using it for the first time in August.

The line doesn't tangle just as some of the revieweres have mentioned. It casts very easily and I really like that it comes with a loop.

Hard to beat Airflo lines. I've used them for years. And I've always like the clear intermediate cold saltwater line. They seem to hold up well and though the more recent versions tangle in the stripping basket a bit more than they used to, it is still a good line for this particular application.
I think Airflo lines are the best. Good all around striper line.

Nearly zero reel memory, as promised! This is a must-have line for beach fishing in cold waters, when you only need to get down a few feet. Rated at 1.5 feet per second.
