    These boots are excellent but I advice to buy a size smaller. I normally have a size 41 european, but I ordered a 40 and they are still a tad to big, but not problematic. I can wear them well, and they have extra room for thick socks now. With socks they fit perfect. They are very sturdy, I am using them to go backpacking in scotland for 8 days. They are warm and waterproof as well. I have worn them around the house and they feel comfortable right away. They are ofcourse heavier than normal shoes, but that is normal because these are hiking boots. BUT I had to pay a lot for the shipping AND when they arrived I had to pay 60 euro extra to the postman, because of the fees to import. So I would not buy from America again.

    I've worn these in the melting snow and mud so far, it is spring after all. Boots are very comfortable, supportive and no wet feet. Very pleased, I have been looking for a while. The lacing style allows for versatility.

    I love these boots! I have not yet tested them on the trails but the fit is fantastic! They are NOT wide in the heel which is perfect because other shoes often slip on me. I'm usually a size 9 1/2 but ordered a 9 based of another review and was extremely happy with the fit. Great price, great look (not to clunky and not ugly at all), and a great feel!
