“I used these boots on a trip to Kauai in anticipation of slippery conditions and they didn't disappoint. The treads are deep so they grip well in wet conditions. Ankle support is great without feeling overly cumbersome. There's virtually no break-in time so you can use them straight out of the box. Waterproofing works perfectly, they're nice and light, and they grip well - it's hard to find something bad to say about them.
The only slight problem I found was that they can be a bit slippery when crossing streams (which is to be expected) and if you're climbing around on rocks the deep treads can catch sometimes.
These are great boots and I am very pleased with them.”
