“The boot has great ankle support and good traction. It is an excellent hiking boot. The only problem that I have found is that is looses all traction on wet or slippery ground. In fact, if there is just a little water on the ground, the boot is dangerous. I was hiking near Victoria Falls in Africa, and the mist from the falls made the rocks wet. I almost broke my neck slipping. This would be a perfect boot, if they put on a sole that will not slip on wet ground.”
