    I love to hike in the mountains in New Mexico and Colorado. These boots have been wonderful so far. I love the support they provide. I bought these boots without knowing much about them. I am so glad I did! They are great- no hot spots, no break in. Just put them on and go!

    I tried on three pairs of boots before I found these. I must have small ankles because this was the only pair that adequately gripped them. They are very roomy in the toebox, which seems to be an advantage, although I thought they were large until I tried them out on an incline. I am a day hiker, no pack, on weekends and vacations.
