“These boots were purchased five years ago and used for a couple of day hikes in the Grand Canyon. They then sat in my closet (in near perfect condition) until today when I decided to climb a rocky and somewhat technical peak that required more than trail runners. Less than half way up a 3300 ft climb both soles completely delaminated. Fortunately the judicious use of duct tape allowed me to descend safely. Purchase at your own risk.”
