“i've owned half a dozen hiking boots in my life and i've never seen a pair that is more perfectly constructed. the leather is absolutely beautiful. the asymmetrical tongue is very comfortable.
i wear my boots around town as well and in the wild. these boots are not too heavy for everyday use but seem very sturdy so that will be great for my purposes.
sizing was a bit tricky for me. i am on the border between 7.5 and 8. mostly i wear 8. i ordered the boots in 8 and 8.5 because of the note to order up a half size. the 8s turned out to be perfect for me. so i guess i'd say they run a 1/4 size to small.”
