Great Boot!!

These are my second pair of hiking boots. The first being a pair of Vasques, I wanted something heavier/longer lasting. You can tell right out of the box that they are a solid boot and will last years, given proper care. The break-in period will be a bit longer with them compared with the plastic/gore-tex boots out there. Ive been wearing them to work everyday with just a athletic sock and have not yet experienced a blister. I did notice tips of nails protruding from the inside where the sole was attached...not a sign of the best craftmanship. Another con is that they are heavy and if you have thin legs like mine it may take a while to get used to that fact. The sole seems to not have the best traction on wet concrete, not sure if that's because they are new or not. The fit was true to size with plenty of room for the toes and a comfy insole. Overall, a great boot for the money.
