These boots represent everything a serious outdoors man could want in an essential piece of gear... They are very well made in the old, time proven style, and will be able to be resoled again and again without costing you a new pair of boots each time. They will continue to become more comfortable with time , and there will be no more breaking in of new boots for a long while for me! They give great support, are not too heavy, and best of all, they are reasonably priced. I wont be worrying about technology failure with these on.... like wearing my last pair of Namebrand hi tec new age boots ( more like ladies tennis shoes) that weigh nothing, promise everything, cos the earth, then fail after a few weeks of use, and cannot be returned. Thanks very much to the buyers at Sierra for giving us Alico! (I also bought the Alico Guides for very heavy duty use, they represent even better value!) If they have your size, buy them before they are sold out!
