Outstanding boots for hiking or hanging.

I have only had these for a week, so if the durability isn't there, I will re-do the review. So for though, these boots are outstanding. I liked them so much I have already ordered a second pair to keep in reserve. I doubt I would ever find the quality of these boots for anything under 300 bucks.

They are comfortable to wear after three days (although I would NOT call them broken in) and I experienced no issues with blisters, rubbing or anything of the sort. The pictures do not do them justice and they are truly a nice looking pair of boots.

I wear a 10.5 in Merrel, Nike, Vasque and these fit fine at the same size. The body of the boot does seem to have a little extra space for better insoles, but I will let them mold to my feet with the factory insoles and change them if necessary once they are truly broken in.

I have gone through too many pairs of rubber/nylon disposable boots and these are the real deal. Now days, I don't go for the latest trend in anything and these boots are classic craftsmanship, not the garbage most companies are selling now. Between the two pairs, and with proper leather care, I fully expect to wear these for the next 10 to 15 years...maybe longer.

They are sturdy enough for true wilderness hiking (which I will be using them for here shortly) and nice looking enough for jeans and casual wear. If you're on the fence on these, go for it. You won't be disappointed.
