“I use the boots during the winter at work (office)and moderate winter hiking in rain and snow. They're comfortable and stable on rocky trails and moderately steep hikes. They are light and breathe well, even during warm weather. The half steel shank is a little stiff for everyday urban terrain (sidewalks and streets). Timeless desgin, I expect to use them for over 20 years, anticipating a resole or two.”
