Allen 9-Pocket Guide Hunting Fanny Pack

Very good fanny pack, EXCEPT the slide buckle on the waist belt required far too much force to release it, and when it finally releases it pinches my fingers. Other smaller slide buckles worked well. I will need a replacement waist belt buckle before using this fanny pack.

Nice product and seems to be well made. Just a little big if you want to keep it in the front for easy access.

I am not a hunter I purchased this item for scouting activities and personal use instead of a backpack. have not used it yet but it is very roomy and belt adjusts to fit my waist which is larger 42".

this is used by a park service employee. It has everything he needs to carry all that is required for the job.

Pros: Lots of volume for the price, weight. The mesh next your body helps keep the pack in place. Ample belt can be trimmed to fit. Panel entry gives easy access to main compartment. Cons: Belt pockets are pretty useless since the belt runs over the pocket. Side pockets have a flap covering the zip that is very hard to open or close. I think I'll just cut them off. Unlike the photo, my copy has the front end of the top straps sewn to the face of the pack so they cross the zipper of the main compartment. You have to undo them to open the pack! I will cut them off and resew them. My copy weighs 21oz, not 19oz.
