Allen Ankle Gaiters - 16-½x2"

These are sturdy straps that will be great when cycling and not wanting to wear bike shorts. They will also be good for walking through woods and fields while birding to keep ticks out of the pant legs. A great price/purchase.

Just using it to keep my pants out of my bike chain. Works fine and its camo!

Allen ankle gaiters do keep pant legs from riding up and and they do hold socks in place. They are ideal for walking through brush and snow, and casual hiking. They are also great for biking, if you are a commuter. They just keep everything in place in a very inexpensive way. We now have four pairs, which I picked up at a special STP sale price!! I keep these in my car, and we have the rest at home for general use, just in case. Very handy item.

I bought two sets of Allen Ankle Gaiters - 16-½x2" -- one pair for me and another for my wife. We will keep these around for all kinds of purposes. Mostly, to keep snow out of our socks, shoes and boots. They are very practical and versatile. If you live in the North (Canada or US), or where there is lots of snow, you will find these very useful.

bought these for biking. they hold my trousers securely to my legs. easy to use and store, comfortable to wear. i don't understand why these are not advertised for cycling.

Use for hunting & fishing... great to gather pants at your ankels when putting on hip-boots/waders. Work great. Bought them for my Dad too. He likes them.

Wish it were a little wider? 2.5" - 3" would be more idea IMHO.

i use these to keep my pants-leg from catching in my bike chain. better than rubber band or nylon strap or tucking into your socks.
