“When it comes to shoes, I have settled on a handful -- Finn Comfort, Mephisto, Johnson and Murphy, and Allen-Edmonds. When this shoe came on sale, I could not resist the price or the type of shoe (slip on). The shoe is simple in design. It is light weight (and it packs up easily and takes little room - a plus when traveling). I wore it in South Africa recently at a conference held there. This is a great shoe and a great value. I wore it all day without problems. The rubber sole gives the shoe good traction and support. Highly recommended. With Allen-Edmonds, you are getting one of the best shoe values around. This shoe is worth the price -- and more.”
