“These are comfortable, good-looking shoes that go well with chinos or jeans, but -- alas -- the right blown-rubber sole has an air leak somewhere, so that the shoe squeals loudly with every step. It's almost embarrassing! Though the defective sole might cause angry glances if you walked into a library, you wouldn't notice the squeak on a bustling city street (or if you're hard of hearing). Love the shoe, hate the defect, debating whether to return them. I suspect the defect isn't common.”
