    Been looking for made in USA shoes that has hint of style but not so much they seem passe next season. Tight and even stitching throughout. Can tell they will require a bit of breaking in -- big toes are rubbing on top of shoe when I walk but that is not unusual with shoes that are crafted opposed to "manufactured." Unless you have exceptionally narrow feet plan on a snug fit in the width. Fit more like dress shoe than casual.

    Essentially a smoothe tennie in quality leather. Minor right/left mismatch suggesting handsewn by two different craftsmen, but acceptable. Wife (usually supportive) said "You've got to be kidding". I rather liked, but back they went.

    Allen Edmunds makes great shoes. They aren't the cheapest, but they are well made and last a long time. I bought these to replace other corporate casual shoes and really like the look as well as the comfortable fit.

    Shoe is made of high quality material and is well put together. This is pair 4 or 5 of Allen Edmonds for me...BUT it feels like they used a different last for this model. I have a full inch of extra room at the toes. It feels like a size 14, except the width is perfect. They will have to go back.
