Good looking socks that can be used with business casual wear.

These are comfortable, good-looking shoes that go well with chinos or jeans, but -- alas -- the right blown-rubber sole has an air leak somewhere, so that the shoe squeals loudly with every step. It's almost embarrassing! Though the defective sole might cause angry glances if you walked into a library, you wouldn't notice the squeak on a bustling city street (or if you're hard of hearing). Love the shoe, hate the defect, debating whether to return them. I suspect the defect isn't common.

These socks are sized XL. It is a happy day when a man with large feet can find socks that fit. Allen Edmonds is among the few brands that offer socks in larger sizes, so I ordered several pairs when I saw these socks on STP. Other pros: nice pattern, good cushioning but not too thick. Overall versatile good quality socks at a great price.
