“I had to return this item,sadly. Heard so much about this famous brand. I ordered a 7 1/2 which is my true size, though I have a narrow foot. The boot was snug in width (good), but had a very big toe box (even with socks), had no arch support, and no cushion in the footbed. The feel of the boot was "chunky" and felt like blocks on my feet (albeit light blocks!) This is not what I expected of this high-end manufacturer famous for fit and comfort.”
