Verified Buyer Reviewed by Willyboy from Bemidji, MN on Sunday, January 6, 2013We are novice xc skiers, this was purchased as an entry level boot for my wife. The boot fit perfectly and has proven very comfotable. We are please with the selection.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Keith from Duluth, MN on Friday, December 21, 2012Haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they fit well and were comfy walking around in them.
Reviewed by Lea M. from Moscow, ID on Thursday, March 15, 2012These boots are so comfy compared to others I've used. I feel like I have a regular shoe on instead of a ski boot! Granted I've ever only rented in the past, but I'm glad I finally "upgraded". These shoes are lightweight and fit really well with lots of cushioning and some support.
The only cons I see are that there isn't a ton of support for your ankle, so don't do any extreme xc skiing in these; though as they're not BC that should be obvious. I guess the only **real** complaint is that the outer material for the upper part of the boot is not waterproof. Not a huge deal on groomers, but could still get annoying. The double lining helps with this, but I'd still recommend waterproofing these guys.
- Best Uses: Cross-country skiing
- Cons: Upper may get too wet
- Pros: Comfortable, Fit well, Insulated, Warm
