“Good, bad and ugly”

“The color of this sweater turned out to be a very pale lavender with tiny threads that give it a pink cast if you're near it, but it's a pretty, delicate color & interesting yarn. The shape is odd. When I lifted it out of the packaging, it was short, wide & boxy. I folded it lengthwise, put one hand on the neckline & one on the bottom edge & pulled, and it evenly lengthened and narrowed to a whole new size & shape, about 3" longer & MUCH better! I'm on the slender side, though, and I still find it more baggy/shapeless than "relaxed" in size small, which makes it strictly casual wear for me. A classic design, but not a flattering fit & it doesn't hold its shape. Even worse, there was a dropped stitch in the back that I had to fix to prevent a giant hole from developing. Glad it didn't cost much.”
