Bought two-gifts for my sons. They love these sleeping bags. Warm, roomy, and comfortable. Can't beat the price. Highly recommend.

I just started backpacking and this bag is perfect for everything I am doing. Packs small and light, yet has tons of room. I like to feel as comfortable as possible while I sleep and this bag makes me feel snug as a bug in a rug.

I bought this bag for my boyfriend as a birthday gift. He is just getting into the camping scene and so I didn't want to get him a top of the line sleeping bag, but still something functional and nice. We haven't gone camping with it yet but we spent the night sleeping in our bags in the house and the sleeping bag seems very warm. The burnt orange colour is really snazzy. The only complaint I would have is it does seem a bit heavy and packs a little large but I am a minimalist backpacker and for the average camper or the comfort driven person you will have no problem with it at all. Once put in a compression sack it probably packs down way better.

I bought these bags for my boys to use on a fishing trip to Canada this summer. We haven't given them the rough test yet, but a few nights in the backyard have worked great. I was looking for comfort and packing small. They work well for both, though I thought they'd pack a little smaller than they do. When anticipating carrying everything on your back over portages, the smaller/lighter the better. These will serve just fine. Especially as the boys are carrying them.

Bag was a great value. Bought one for my son to try out and then bought two more for my other kids. They are starting to get into back packing. Great value to start and see if they keep it up.

Purchased 5 for summertime Teton backcountry trek with kids. This was the lowest-priced offering within my minimum specifications: less than 3# and rated 15-30 degrees. The bags are constructed somewhat poorly, but from decent materials. I did return 1 for a seam that was so unevenly sewn it was losing fill; the replacement was fine, and STP was great about it. I haven't used one yet but based on the feel, I expect them to run warm. The style/ design is appropriate enough for several days on a mountain. Disappointingly, the bags are extremely bulky and difficult to pack. (Bag does not fit in the sleeping bag compartment of my ~3,000 cu.in. LaFuma pack.) The smallest cylinder I could compress it to is still approximately 15+" long x 10" across. I did not return the bags; however, I would not order them again for backcountry use. These bags would probably be a great deal for people camping near their cars, kids attending sleepaway camp, hunting or fishing trips or any other activity for which packing space real-estate is not a priority.

Haven't used it yet, but it fit great on the bedroom floor. Has more features than my old bag. Looking forward to going car camping.

I haven't gotten to actually try this bag yet, but Im sending it back. It's freakin huge, doesn't come with a compression sack, is heavy and bulky and doesn't seem to be very compressible.. Def. wouldn't want to go backpacking with this, there are other better/smaller choices. I think the clearwater alps is suppose to be much more lightweight, so I'll probably opt for that one.
