I got this to replace a lost sleeping bag sack. My average size mummy bag fit with a little bit of effort. It compresses the bag to about half the size and seems to be good quality. Overall happy with purchase, exactly as described.

A friend of mine bought me this compression bag as a gift because I can never fit all of my cold weather gear in my suitcase - and it works SO well!! I ended up buying 4 more so that I can have 2 for myself and give some as gifts. They hold heavy close, and stay compressed until you want to open them. And - they are easy to use! Even with my arthritis I can make them easily work.

We bought two of these for our sleeping bags. Compresses nicely, we eves up compressing two sleeping bags in one sacks, and our clothing in the other. All the straps look and feel like they are pretty durable and should last a long time.
I would say buy the large. I have down bags and the medium is more than big enough. My problem with synthetics has always been getting them in the bag to start with and I just think I would go with the large sack unless you are better at stuffing them than me.

This size should fit your bag, but it hard to say without the dimensions. It will fit most regular mummy bags, especially down. It will compress down to about 18", it just depends how tight you pull the straps.
