I got this to replace a lost sleeping bag sack. My average size mummy bag fit with a little bit of effort. It compresses the bag to about half the size and seems to be good quality. Overall happy with purchase, exactly as described.

It holds my sleeping bag perfectly and helps compress it small. I needed a good compression sack to compress my bag a bit smaller due to my pack bag storage area running a bit small and this works perfectly. I have no complaints and cant wait for them to make a size smaller version.

I have a North Face mummy bag and it's a perfect fit. I really like the external harness arrangement which lets me easily cinch it down snug. I camp by motorcycle and compressing bulky items is very important to efficiently utilize what little luggage volume I have available.
I would say buy the large. I have down bags and the medium is more than big enough. My problem with synthetics has always been getting them in the bag to start with and I just think I would go with the large sack unless you are better at stuffing them than me.

This size should fit your bag, but it hard to say without the dimensions. It will fit most regular mummy bags, especially down. It will compress down to about 18", it just depends how tight you pull the straps.
