These camp stools are very stable. Table top could be better.

I was really looking forward to using this table and chair combo. Our old set died after 10 years of heavy duty car camping and this one seemed perfect. The table is a nice size, and the stools are not attached allowing for a person to sit where they are comfortable. UNFORTUNATELY, the table top arrived cracked not once, but twice (we sent back the first one, and the second one arrived cracked as well). It is made out of MDF board so if it gets any moisture on it (likely) the crack will just spread, the top will disintegrate over time, and we'd likely be replacing it sooner rather than later. I suppose you could use an oilcloth over it to protect it, but honestly I don't want to haul another item around. The packaging is heavy duty, so I can only imagine what would happen to the table over time (it does not come with a case to wrap it in.

We purchased one table and it had cracks in the table top we exchanged it for another one and the second one was worse. I think it is a defect witht the way the chairs fold into the table. Also it is heavy.

Table was not properly packed and arrived with cracks on the top. Table top and surface is paper-thin and plastic.
