This lounger arrived with two of the bottom clips broken. Initially called STP about getting some replacement clips, but the chair was lacking in other respects, so I returned it. 1) The reclining action is abrupt, not smooth like other loungers we own. 2) The locking mechanism (to secure your position) is clunky. 3) The colors are busier than they appear in the photo -- in the pic it looks like the tubular steel frame matches the fabric, but the frame is a yellow-green and the fabric is a light tan/khaki. Add in the black cord and black plastic arm pieces, as well as the wood arms, and the combinatiion is not something that quietly blends into an outdoor environment, if that's what you are looking for. 4) Even louder, there is a big, fluorescent yellow ALPS logo on the headrest, which is not shown in the photo either. You can see that on other websites selling this chair. I avoid products which obtrusively brand like that. I'm buying a chair for my deck, not an advertisement for ALPS. The wood arms are nice and the chair is comfortable enough, but this is nowhere near the quality of our similarly constructed wood-armed Faulkner loungers which retail for less. Appreciate STP's ease of returns - they even arranged for pick-up - which is why I continue to shop here.

First time in this chair, I realized just how relaxed a person can get. Now I just want to lay around a watch the birds.

The only downside with this item is the very large logo on the pillow in hard rubber. Not shown in photo here, but it's a tad silly. Otherwise this is an extremely comfortable, supportive lounge chair that folds flat and is relatively light in weight.

When I received these chairs I read the literature which said not to leave them outside. This was not included in the website description. STP would do their customers a service if they would disclose this. I am a senior living alone and these are very heavy. I had no place to store them except in basement or garage, both of which would be difficult so I had no choice but to leave them on my deck. They lasted one summer!
