Defective in the box as soon as it arrived

This may be a great chair, but when I took it out of the box and saw little pieces of broken plastic in the bottom of the bag, it was clear there was a problem. It appears - from the way the box was taped and re-taped - that this chair had already been returned at least once. This is unacceptable, and Sierra Trading Post can do better. With this item, however, I don't trust them to ship me a chair that is undamaged, so I chose refund over exchange. Makes one wonder why these chairs are on clearance....

There was no return shipping label in the box. Looking in boxes from a previous order last month, I found no return shipping labels in those, either. This is also unacceptable. I had to call to have a return shipping label emailed to me, and was told it might take a day to get it done. Really?? The box is already at UPS. I need a label today.

Sorry, STP - you are slipping. Is this a byproduct of being bought out by a large corporation? I certainly hope not.
