i needed chair that didnt cut off the circulation in the back of my legs, and i found it. Really sturdy chair seems very nice especially for the price.

Just like everyone else said, these puppies are awesome, but don't plan on carrying it too far.. 13# each.. might as well be a boat anchor. Perfect for car camping. The ONLY reason I give this chair 4 stars instead of 5 is the "cup holder".. Ok, so you go camping, set up camp, get the fire going... then what do you do? You open a beer.. Hello?! It's a camp chair! Please make sure my beer will fit in the cup holder. (ok, ok.. a normal 12 oz bottle WILL fit in there, but it takes a little too much effort in my humble opinion.. )

Bought this for my boyfriend who frequently is having back problems. Other collapsible/travel chairs really sag in the seat and don't allow you to sit up straight. This chair provides the support to your back and allows you to sit up straight. Very happy with this purchase. It is a little heavier than your typical fold out chair, but the construction is solid and worth carrying for the comfort/support it provides.

I needed a couple of chairs for the deck and ones similar to these had filled the bill in the past. This chair has a bucket seat that puts you closer to the ground than others, and the seat stitching has begun to tear out after a week or two of use.

Haven't actually taken it camping yet, so this is just first impression stuff. Like everyone says, these puppies are heavy, but they are also definitely solid and comfortable. I bought them for car camping and day trips to the beach. Besides the weight, my only complaint is the tiny little cup holder.. I'm not even sure you can fit a 12oz beer bottle/can in there... and let's face it.. it's car camping.. there will be beer.

We love this chair. Very comfortable and sturdy. A little heavier than your normal "bag chair", but easy to carry w/ bag strap. My only disappointment is a small and unstable canvas beverage holder. Works fine for a can, but nothing else.

We already had two of these chairs. They are very comfortable and sturdy. We have ordered several more that will be used as Christmas gifts.

I got this chair because I got tired of replacing cheap chairs every year or 2. Also, I found this more comfortable because other chairs are more of a butt-sack on sticks and this has a better seating platform. It did fine on a 8 day raft trip, happy with it so far...

This is as comfortable a folding chair as I've sat in. It is sturdy, which translates to heavier than most, but durable and well worth the extra heft. I use it for sporting and music events, as well as day trips to the lake. Others perch tentatively on stork-like aluminium chairs while I smile and enjoy the view. Great purchase.

This was the second set that I purchased, when I saw they were on closeout. I hope Sierra Trading continues to carry a similar item.
