Nice chair - Poor Customer treatment by STP

I purchased one of these chairs - like several other customers, mine arrived broken. Plastic slider under the arm rest was broken. Plastic parts fell out of the box when I opened it. I sent the chair back asking for an exchange. STP sent me another - which was fine. Very nice chair. Comfortable, small when folded.

I liked the chair enough to order another. It too arrived broken. The box it came in was partially ripped open. Looked like it had been used as a hockey puck in the warehouse prior to shipping. I sent it back asking for an exchange. I was charged $5.95 for shipping and my credit card was credited for the original price of the chair. No exchange took place. In short, STP sent me a broken chair, then charged me $5.95 to send back their broken chair.

Not the way to treat a customer.
