Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by Avid Camper from Denver on Wednesday, April 19, 2017This tent is very large for the typical 4-person dome, but this is not a bathtub bottom. The coloring of the tent is deceiving and there is actually an un-taped seam at the very base of the tent where the tarp base meets the nylon wall. I seam sealed the base of the tent and will be leaving it in the yard through a few rains before I decide to camp with it. If the tent stays dry it is definately worth the price and will fit a family of 4 easily as long as everyone doesn't have their own blow-up mattress.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Security from Everywhere on Sunday, February 5, 2017Needed a tent that could fit my queen air mattress for when my son and I go camping. Big enough to fit us and our gear and a cooler to have room to change and such in case of inclement weather. This tent provides all of the above. It is a 3 season tent and dose everything the smaller tents can do with more space and a similar price.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by jodyrush from Minnesota on Monday, October 17, 2016The quality is good, the price was right, but it is really small. You have to "crawl" in.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Danneyb from Tahoe on Tuesday, September 13, 2016This tent is a little bigger than I thought and very easy to set up. I took it to Carson Pass and set it up in 20 mph winds and it handled them no problem. Not bad for a 3 season tent. The tent stakes are awful, however, If you buy this pick some up for $10 at any sports store and you'll be happy.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Lauren from Federal Way, WA on Sunday, June 26, 2016This tent was the size I was looking for, but at the first sign of rain, water was pooling at the bottom of the tent. The rain fly does not extend to the base of the tent. The main point of failure is the seam where the sides of the tent are sewn to the floor. The way it is joined creates a little ledge where water pools then leaks though. If this area were seam sealed the tent might be able to stand up to a brief shower. As it is, I would not recommend this tent to anyone except those who live in the desert.
