Great tent, for 'basecampers'

This was a great tent for 4 nights in the BWCA in August, using a 'basecamp' approach (stayed in one place after 4 portages, including one 1 mi.). Slept 4 guys >6' tall, and had plenty of room for gear.

It's a on the heavier side, but compared to packing two more tents, it was a good trade-off. I wouldn't take the tent backpacking, but that should be obvious.

First night we were rained on. Everyone stayed dry inside. (I had applied waterproofing spray from STP, which I do for all tents.)

Second day we had strong winds and the tent had 'collapsed' on itself. I tied the windfly to the poles, and anchored the windfly. No problems after that. (It adds to the stability). We kept the windows cracked at night; no issues w/ condensation.

The size is great. No problem standing up. (even the guy that was 6'4" commented on the headroom.)
