The tent sets up quick and easy. The entire top is screening which is nice to keep cool in hot weather and look at the stars while you're covered by your tent. Think of a mosquito screen. The bottom feels very thin but supposedly is a special material. We've just been very careful with it and kept it away from branches and rocks. We also put a tarp under it for extra protection. If it gets wet it dries quickly and airs out nicely with all the screening. There is a vestibule that completely covers the tent and makes it much warmer. We live in the FL Keys and do mostly overnight beach camping with minimal gear. This tent is great so far. We are looking forward to taking it to GA and trying it out in the mountains.
