It can be cared for like a sweatshirt (easy on nursing home staff)--a practical item. The armholes felt like they could have been cut a little deeper for this particular use in order to make it easier to get on/off for the older person.

The blue is a lovely zingy colour for Spring. I was worried that the style might be a little dowdy, but the colour carries the cardigan into smart territory. Not sure if it's office wear, though - probably weekends.
