ALPS V-Neck Pullover Sweater (For Women)

I've been looking for a lightweight v-neck sweater and this one fits the bill perfectly. I love the slightly chunky weave of the fabric, the fit is perfect on my 5'4" curvy frame, and it washes well. I dried it flat on a rack, then tumbled it and it came out great. I ordered a large and the fit is perfect. This will be a great travel sweater or for just casual wear around town. Dress it up with a scarf and you could wear it on a date. I wish I had ordered the blue or lavender, I may have to order a second one to go with the beige.

I bought this sweaer after buying another in Carob. I just love these seaters! This one I ordered in Lotus Blue, and I admit, I really don't know what Lotus Blue is supposed to look like. This is very definately Lavender, Lilac-y. If that is what Lotus Blue is, it's perfect. It's a beautiful color and the fit is great. However, this one is a little thinner than the other one, but I still would recomend it, whole heartedly.

Very versatile

Ordered a small, it was to small. Sent it back to exchange for a medium, it was even smaller than the small. Do not buy! By the time you pay for return shipping you have lost out.

I liked this sweater so much I ordered another one in another color, but the second one doesn't fit at all. I will be returning it.

Bought this because of the "Made in USA" advertising and that it was supposed to be "soft." It is neither. The label says that it was made in China. The fabric felt like woven heavy plastic sheeting - when I put it on, I couldn't even bend my arms because the fabric was so stiff. The shoulder seam hung 3 inches off both shoulders, the sleeves were 3 inches above my wrists. I have returned this sweater and will not purchase another ALPS product.

This was a surprising hit as a Christmas gift. So much so it was worn for the Christmas dinner. It looks great.

Fit is a little bit big and "blocky"; hoping that after a washing or two it will shrink a bit and get a bit softer. Otherwise, nice sweater for the price.

I've worn the sweater several times already and am very pleased with it.

I now have three of these sweaters in different colors. They aren't bulky, but they are quite warm and comfortable and easy to wear over a turtleneck. The care tag in the sweaters said to hand wash, but I machine washed mine inside-out in a mesh sweater bag, then machine dried them part way, before laying it flat to dry the rest of the way. They might have shrunk a tad, but I purposely did not re-stretch them, because I wanted some shrinkage (I often wear extra-small). They washed just fine!
