Ameribag HBPack Backpack - Ripstop Nylon, Large

I was looking for a load from the top weekend get away backpack but because of the awkward two section styling (two almost equal sized parts, one section loads from the top and one from the front), it didn't give me the space I was looking for. Each section forms a wedge shape which makes for difficult, or at least awkward, packing of clothes. It has plenty of space, just not organized best for my needs. It seems to be very sturdily built. Unfortunately, I will be sending it back.

My main concern was easy computer access at airport security. The tapered top loaded pocket is perfect. I was concerned at first about the tapered pocket but it stops things from going to the bottom which is good. The high capacity bottom pocket gives easy access and holds a lot. Plus there's extra pockets for odds and ends. It's a novel and very good design.

plan on giving it to my son. this bag is just too small for me. it does have nice features and lots of pockets to stay organized
