AmeriBag® HBPack Ballistic Nylon Backpack - Large

This pack is awesome! Very efficient design that holds more than expected. Weight is distributed well, and everything is accessible. I love it!

With all of the restrictions on baggage I decided to use carry on only, if possible. This backpack is padded to protect back and shoulders. It is versatile as you can use it for a laptop or clothing. Also, lots of easily accessible mesh & zipper pockets to quickly identify contents (boarding passes, ID, etc)

The bag is well built, but not at all what I expected when I ordered it. What should have been the main compartment is divided (crippled?) by being divided into two triangular shaped compartments, with apexes at the top and bottom of the bag. Cushioned surfaces protect a laptop PC or similar delicate cargo on the angled divider. Ample internal pockets organize pens and other office essentials. I had hoped for a more general purpose backpack in lieu of luggage to travel to out-of-town athletic events and this wasn't it. For its intended purpose, however, this briefcase alternative is well designed, carefully crafted and comfortable.

I bought it for a trip next month, so I haven't used it yet. I am impressed with the features/ organizational options in the bag. The bag seems a bit large for a woman across the shoulders (and I have broad shoulders) but I'd rather have bigger than too tight. It is also a bit boxy in design, seems to be related to the carrying handle on the top of the bag. I bought it becuase of the ability to attach it to a suitcase handle and the fact that it was by Healthy Backpack.

Great for organizing. My work uniform puts a lot of extra weight on. This bag is very comfortable to carry at work.

This pack is great for me. I am an office professional that also happens to suffer from two herniated discs. This bag removes the pressure when carrying it appropriately whether running through the airport or just walking into the office.

WOW!!! What an awesome backpack! It has many organizational features: a zippered comparment located on the top of the backpack for your MP3 player with an earbud/headphone opening; a main compartment with a divider to hold a laptop and file folers; a smaller zippered compartment with a key holder, 5 credit card slots, a zippered mesh pocket, 2 pockets to place a cell phone and a PDA, 6 pen slots located on the sides, and 5 additional compartments with 2 velcro straps to secure items; there are 2 exterior pockets - one is a slide pocket, and the other is a zippered pocket. There is a handle to carry the backpack like a briefcase. In addition, there are 3 D-rings on the backpack straps. There is an additional horizontal strap that goes over your chest to help carry the load. There are 2 "cushions" to help ensure your back's comfort. Finally, there is a strap on the rear of the backpack that can be used to attach it to the handle of your carry-on.
