AmeriBag® HBPack Ballistic Nylon Backpack - Small

Main pocket is cut on an angle depth wise, smaller at bottom, in order to keep weight higher for balance comfort. While this is good, the tradeoff is in capacity and putting big bulky items in. I find it fine as a briefcase substitute, book, and computer bag, but my wife doesn't like it for all her %$#@. Very well made and rugged. Very similar to it's bigger cousin in the large size. I prefer this smaller one for books and a notebook computer.

This was not what I expected. There is no room for extras. It is perfect if you are looking for a bag for your laptop, files or books. The front pocket has an accordian style separation and enough room for a wallet, camera, phone, and keys. There is no room for a change of clothes or toiletry bag. I was hoping for a more versitile bag. I had to return it. It was good quality though.

I purchased this for my husband hoping this would be a bit lighter and carry more than his current backback. It is lighter but the way the main compartment was designed, it would not be able to hold very much. It does have a place for a laptop. The quality looks very good. We did end up sending it back but mainly because we thought it was different than it turned out to be. There are a lot of separate zipper comparments which is nice though.

I use this backpack as a carry-on when I travel. It has a padded pocket made just for a laptop. Great organization for passport and personal papers. It's more like a briefcase in the form of a backpack. If that is what you're looking for - this is perfect. It is also very easy to hook onto your luggage.

I ended up sending this back. I bought a CamelBack and felt it was just a little too large so this was listed as about 250 cubic inches smaller so that sounded good to me but it seemed actually larger than the CamelBack and I wanted something just a little smaller. Also, I really, really like an outside pocket for the water bottle because I know they eventually leak.

This back pack realy makes the weight dissapear. I don't know how they do it. It's amazing. I have week arms so it's heavy to pick it up when it's packed full of school books, but once it's on my back, the weight is gone.

Took a weekend trip the weekend after mine arrived. It was awesome for my laptop and accessories. I never would have believed it hid the weight so well. Wow! I had a large, leather briefcase that I used for my laptop for years that weighed a TON. Now that I have this backpack I use it full time for laptop bag. I liked it so much that I came back to this site and ordered the large backpack of this style. It holds plenty for luggage on short trips or airplane carry on.

Very comfortable straps, will use in place of handbag on trips. Big enough that can't use daily as purse but great for weekends or school.
