AmeriBag® Leather Healthy Back Bag® - Small

Years ago I bought this bag for my mother who was complaining of neck pain from her purse. I've admired her bag ever since. It is still in great shape. I'm glad to have my own!

I have bought 2 extra small ones ( leather in different colors) and a baglet. Now I got a bigger ameribag. I was very satisfied with my previous purchases, so now I have four of them. I like to walk while travelling and this bag is so good - absolutely no problem with my back and shoulders after a day spend on feet

I love my new leather purse. It really is designed for comfort and no strain for me. I use it daily for shopping, or going out to lunch with friends. I would have preferred a more neutral color, but this olive color is not bad.

For years I have had shoulder joint problems which have been caused by carrying heavy bags. The moment I put this bag on my shoulder the issues disappeared - it seems to weigh nothing. I purchased the small size, but it is roomy enough to carry everything I need - wallet, phone, sunglasses, make-up bag, keys etc etc. Ilove all the compartments - I was always losing things in the bottom of my other handbags - this bag has a separate compartment for everything.

I use this bag daily. It was to replace my previous pink Ameribag that was color-worn. I love all the inside pockets - there's room for everything!

I purchased this bag as a gift. Extremely pleased with this and other AmeriBags we've purchased in the past. Leather is smooth, subtle, very high quality, well constructed, and color is accurate. The bag is much better in person than website photos depict. KUDOs to Sierra Trading Post for making this affordable. We had seen the same bag on other websites for up to $160 USD. A couple of comments. The small size is actually closer to the older medium size AmeriBags. Hence, the extra small is closer to the former small size. We wish more colors were available in leather; for example, Crimson. Thank you. We're pleased and happy with our purchase.

Mine was a close out at a bargain in olive green that I loved, but my kids hated the color proving that you couldn't please everyone. I would recommend this bag and buy this bag again in a different color.

This leather bag is top notch quality leather, and very fine workmanship! Not to mention the amazing convenience and functionality of the Ameribag itself... they are FABULOUS! Much less neck pain, that using a traditional purse, since the weight is distributed much more ergonomically, and it doesn't swing around and fall off my shoulder like traditional bags do. The leather is BEAUTIFUL and the green is really a rich pretty color... much nicer than the picture in my opinion.. I was pleasantly surprised! The bag zips across the top securely ... which is a "Must have" for me... and there is lots of wide open space which is also a "must have for me. The pockets and compartments are great for keeping things organized without feeling confined by dividers, etc. Love the key clip... can't lose them anymore! Place for water bottle, umbrella, etc when you need it. Can't say enough good about Ameribags... I have five in assorted colors and fabrics. The leather is my favorite, then the nylon for its light weight feature, and cute spring/summer colors. Poly Suede is my choice in black and brown for fall and winter. Try them, you'll love them! :)

Read about Ameribags, after trying to find something easier on my neck. Tried this leather one, because of the great price, but was skeptical of the color. Turns out it is a rich beautiful, subdued tone, and I LOVE IT! So, I ordered two in suede look in brown and black for basics, and they are very nice. Then I saw the nylon and thought the colors were fun for summer and nylon would be good for travel (very washable) so I ordered the Denim and it was so cute that I got the Lilac, too when it went on sale even more! I'm done for a while, but will watch for black or brown tone in leather eventually, and will get a couple for my mom! GREAT BAG, COMFY, organized... and no neck pain! :) Its a WONDERFUL design, and very handy! Sierra Trading Post is a great place to shop! Great prices, quality product[...]! Can't say enough good about them!

I love this bag! the leather is soft, the olive green color goes with almost everything. Leaving for Tuscany in 2 weeks and this bag has room for everything I need for day trips. The strap length makes it possible to wear it different ways and feel secure. I am very pleased with it.
