    Very nice bag. Lots of pockets both inside and out. Secure, easily accessible outside pockets... no need to worry about anything falling out or someone's hand easily reaching in unnoticed! The fabric is suede-like. I haven't used it enough to comment on durability, but doesn't seem as durable as ripstop nylon would be. The back pack is awfully large for an "extra small" size. I should have read the dimensions before ordering...I wanted a smaller pack, but will keep it anyway because of the wonderful features.

    Great warranty. I have the same bag in leather that's currently being repaired under warranty. The gripper on the underside of the strap wore after several years of use. Really a life saver for me. With severe back issues I could no longer carry a normal purse. This size is perfect and the design redistributes the weight so I can comfortably carry it. The poly suede is really soft. I am very organized and this is the best bag Ive ever had to organize your "stuff".
