I foster, pet sit and own small dogs that I walk extensively as wel as take on vacation. I am also a musician and have shoulder and neck isues. I have tried MANY different bags but this one is the best for walking yourself or walking your dogs. The extra body strap keeps all weight off your shoulder which is wonderful for me. Unlike a pack, this puts everything at your fingertips and your hands free. Everything you need for you ar your pet fits there with many more zip pockets than the original Ameribag as well as being more roomy. The hands free bag lets me grab my pepper spray and my cell since I live in an area getting rough. A guy was taunting me with a mean dog last week and I was able to pull the spray and my phone immediately which made hime move smartly and grab his dog. That alone makes it worth mega-bucks to me.

Simply, the best type of bag for carrying all standard female equipage along with occasional additions. Easiest on the bearer of all bags short of two strap backpacks. The latter are impractical for normal business and social activities - so this is most useful type of handbag for active woman. Laura
