Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I wear a 5 1/2 in sandals (hard to find) but a 6 in regular shoes. These are a 6 and the fit is good. However, after wearing them for an hour or so, the right shoe really hurts the bottom of my foot and a little while later, the left shoe does the same. I'm hoping to wear them in as they are very good looking and I've received compliments on them. I would recommend them to a friend with some reservation.
