“Nice idea, not enough power”

“I bike to and from work often and was looking for a light supplement for those dark patches in between street lights with the shorter fall and winter days. It hardly has enough power to light anything in your path unless you're traveling at under 5 mph. Being crank powered though, it's a great toy for my 17 month old son and I will probably keep it around in a glove box for an emergency light. Bottom line: not good for biking, but not a useless product.”
