“This was my emergency headlamp for a Franconia day hike that turned into an epic. Steep scrambles in the dark are no fun, but this was a good light. Ran for 2+ hours with no cranking on a full charge from a month plus earlier. It was dimming and could've used cranking near the end, but we just wanted out of there! Anyway, only real complaint was the cord from the headlamp to the battery pack. I clipped the battery pack onto the back of the headstrap, but the cord flapped and whipped around a bit. Next time, I'd take some time before hitting the trail to figure out how to tie it back/ strap it down best. Definitely a fixture in the emergency kit though, and a good choice for an occasional trail headlamp if you don't like carrying batteries along.”
