“[...]Good materials are marred by mistakes in execution. Drill holes don't line-up, one part had holes on the wrong face. The chairs will need reinforcement from a couple of brackets because of these flaws...totally unacceptable. The only reason I didn't send back is because the materials are worth it and the annoyance of returning.”
