I was happy that these are perfectly sized for packing and also very comfortable on dry land, at least! As a previous reviewer mentioned, there is padding and arch support. Will know in 2 months how they function in the water.

Bought these for snorkeling when traveling due to the smaller size. Probably not the most efficient for that but they will work. Very comfortable set of fins. I will definitley be using them in the pool for trainig as well as snorkeling. Excellent buy for $17.

One can't beat these for the price. My second pair. Only caveat: straps eventually degrade so cheaper to buy a new set of fins than try to buy new straps. Rate them high for function. Makes swimming my laps at the YMCA pool a lot easier!

Tried them out in the pool yesterday for the first time. I wear a size 10.5 wide in shoes and after slipping them on, I didn't feel any tightness around the ball of my feet...they seemed to offer enough room to accommodate my wider feet...maybe it was the rubber that stretched, I don't know. After about 20 laps, I didn't notice any ankle fatigue and I was able to get the workout I needed. So I kept going for another 20-30 laps and still felt the same. End result was I got a great workout and no pain. These are definitely the swim fins I would recommend to anyone...

Absolutely Awesome. I am sensitive to chronic fatigue, so I have to be careful with the strain I put on my muscles. Tried the "scuba" fins and strained my back in 2 laps and I am an avid swimmer. Then I got these and swam for 30 minutes. These were light, floated, soft padded heal, wide and roomy in the toe, did not squish my high arches. I have hard to fit feet and these reminded me of my keen and teva footwear. Fits easily in the swim bag also. I swim with my son so we play and twist around allot. theses are very responsive and did not drag like "snorkeling fins. Thank you so much to Sierra for the awesome exchange policy....I am never afraid to order.

Good quality, but wasn't impressed with their ability in strong currents.

I bought these flippers to do workouts in the pool. They are not the perfect fit but they're doing the job for the price I paid for them. The opening where the toes are is it that big for my foot, so when I swim my feet slide through the toe hole. I am a woman so maybe these are made for a man. I do like the comfy cushioned heel so that I do not get blisters while kicking.
