Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jaq from Melbourne, Australia on Monday, October 29, 2012Esthetically they are exactly what I was after. I wanted boots that look great but will handle the wet and cold. I was glad I got the half size bigger to accommodate thicker socks or to allow jeans to be tucked in to them.
- Pros: Comfortable, Great Support, Grips well

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Active Life Style from NYC on Saturday, October 20, 2012I was not not happy that I did not get the boot in black (out of my size). I purchased brown. The brown is more of a dusty brown. The quality of the boot made up for the color and I'm happy with my purchased. The brown is great with jeans and casual wear.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by BootGirl from Brooklyn, NY on Thursday, October 11, 2012I live and work in New York City so there is no shortage of walking in my daily routine. I needed a pair of boots that were not only practical but stylish and weatherproof. Voila! These boots fit the bill. My other shoes are jealous because they're not getting as much action any more since these guys arrived. Do yourself a favor and add these to your footwear collection. You won't regret it!
- Pros: Comfortable, GREAT FOR EVERYDAY, True to size, Weatherproof, Well Made
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Ihatecoldfeet! from Chicago, IL on Saturday, September 29, 2012Aquatalia is a fantastic winter boot company. I own several pairs and wear them to commute in Chicago, walking 100s of miles in the winter weather and still performing well. This pair is cute, warm (but not too hot) and I like the style with skinny jeans or under wide leg pants. I would say that they seem to run a little snug - I usually wear 7, and got a 7, but a 7 1/2 might have fit better. If you are close go a half size up.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by ysg from ott. on Friday, September 14, 2012These boots are pretty much perfect. Except that it's half size too small (for a size 7 anyways). But I decided that the sizing wasn't enough of an annoyance to pay for the shipping back and exchange.
The top insides of the boots are very lightly padded, so unless the weather was really cold, a pair of thinner trouser socks would be fine. It'll keep the tops of your toes warm. medium weight wool socks would not fit due to sizng. Anyways if the weather really called for thick socks, it's probably snowed and salted in my city, wouldn't be wearing these, too nice to wreck!
Reviewed by HWJ from Tennessee on Saturday, August 18, 2012This is a terrific boot. The reason I'm giving it 4/5 stars is that the opening is so snug that you cannot wear them with everything (skinny jeans, especially). I'm 5'2", 110 lbs with slim legs. The elastic at the back does allow for comfortable, free movement, but tucking skinnies into them looked weird because of the snug fit. I liked them so much, however, that I kept them to wear with leggings/boot cut jeans/skirts. Quality construction. Great price, especially with the promos STP has. I ordered both the black and the brown, but kept only the black. The brown was more of a grayish/taupe in color and I prefer cognac/saddle/reddish tones. Very true to size, unlike what I'd read about other Aquatalia boots. Very comfortable--right out of the box. Recommend!
- Best Uses: Boot cut jeans leggings
- Cons: Snug fitting at opening
- Pros: Comfortable, Quality construction, Quality Leather, True to size
