“Disappointed”

“I need comfortable, but nice looking boots for long trips in winter time. So, I was attracted to these boots by all those wonderful reviews. I am disappointed. Maybe they are waterproof, because there is no evidence that they are made of leather, but surely they are not suitable for frost. Also the manufacture is so shy that did not put "Made in Italy' on the boots, only on the box. The workmanship looks no more than just OK from the outside, and quite ugly on the inside. I would not expect any durability from the lining. Following the reviews I ordered half a size up – that was a mistake, too. They are true to size, but surely not for thicker socks. BTW, the boots I've got have been returned at least 3 times – there are at least three STP stickers on the box. This means that not only I am disappointed with them.”
